Tai Chi - Tai Chi Join our Adult Tai Chi Class and experience the art of wellness and harmony in motion. This class welcomes individuals of all levels, focusing on the gentle yet powerful practice of Tai Chi. Participants will explore various aspects of Tai Chi including push hands, body positioning, breathing and stretching exercises, plus forms (both Yang family and Qi Gong styles will be presented). The benefits of Tai Chi:

Enhances flexibility and strength
